Our story starts with our grandfather, Joseph Ashkouti, a first-generation entrepreneur whose drive and integrity laid the foundation for a family business grounded in real estate. His values were passed down to Albert Ashkouti, who formalized the company in the 1970s and led it through decades of expansion, building a diverse portfolio of multifamily, land, and commercial assets across Georgia.
